Terry
Wills

Terry
is responsible for the overall direction and operation
of the company. He represents the third generation
of Wills family leadership since his grandfather
founded the company in 1945. A chartered accountant,
Terry spent several years with Ernst and Ernst Chartered
Accountants in Toronto before joining the family
business in 1975, first as operations manager, then
as president. Terry enjoys many outdoor activities,
including boating, waterskiing, hockey, snowmobiling
and hiking. He is an elder at his church and invests
significant time in mission work and related support
activities to make a difference in the lives of the
less fortunate. |

Heather
Wills
Vice President

Heather
has been active in the family business for over
24 years. She currently manages the IT department,
concurrently with Ryan Computer Services, keeping
the company up-to-date with hardware/software to
keep current with the trends, as well as coordinating
communication needs.
Heather brought with her years of experience during
her employment with Scotia bank before joining Terry.
Her administrative skills are put to good use at her
church where she directs musical plays for children,
plays the piano, and organizes special dinners and
events. Heather uses these same skills to organize
company functions and celebrations. |

Robert Dyke
Chief Financial Officer

Not
all accountants are just numbers guys, and Rob is a
good example. He has a broad range of responsibilities
at Wills linked to his CFO role, including
strategic planning and budgeting, operational planning,
pricing, external reporting and auditing, lease negotiation
and contracts, foreign currency transactions, risk management
and managing banking and investor relationships. A chartered
accountant, Rob began his professional career in 1988
and has been in the transportation industry since 1996.
When not overseeing the fiscal health of Wills,
Rob is active in volunteer work, including his role
as director of the Valley Heartland Community Futures
Development Corporation. |

Brent
Ellis Director Commercial Warehouses

Brent
has learned the supply chain from many different angles
during his 30-year career. He began in inventory management
and warehouse operations. He then managed an international
wholesale sporting goods business before owning and
operating a retail sporting goods store for 10 years.
In 1995, Brent made the move from retailing back to
logistics. For Wills, he is responsible for the daily
operation of its largest distribution centre in Brockville,
Ontario, and also coordinates marketing, systems and
purchasing across all Wills' facilities. In his spare
time, Brent enjoys boating, hockey, golf and family
time and is active in church activities. |

Darrell
Powell VIce President Business Development

Transportation
and logistics are in Darrell’s blood. They should
be after a career in the industry that started in 1973
and included management, sales and operations positions
for logistics and van line companies. Darrell’s
experience serves him well as the manager of Wills’
Ottawa facility, where he is responsible for the operation
and growth of logistics and relocation services in Ottawa.
He also puts his experience to work in his community,
serving as board director for Serenity Renewal for Families. |

Dan
Powell Ottawa Warehouse Manager

Dan
grew up in the warehousing and relocation industry,
starting by cutting the lawn and sweeping the warehouse
floors. He has worked on trucks, driven the trucks,
been a dispatcher and then moved up into Central Operations,
Sales, and now Management.
He
is responsible for expanding, marketing and selling
the services in Ottawa as well as the daily operations
and success of the branch. Dan is a member of the
Canadian Association of Movers, and a Certified Relocation
Consultant. When he gets some spare time, Dan enjoys the outdoors,
plays hockey and skis. |

Grant Paynter

Born and raised in beautiful
Prince Edward Island, Grant began his working career
as owner/proprietor of Paynter’s Harbour View Farm.
Grant also worked in the transportation industry as
a driver for a bulk milk carrier and school bus.
Since moving to Eastern Ontario in 2006, Grant has
served in many professional roles within the
furniture delivery business before joining the Wills
team as Operations Manager Perth Warehouse -
Broyhill. Grant is always involved in his community
with volunteer work. An experienced musician, he
has 25 years of experience as choir director and
organist. |

Bruno Schumperli
Perth Warehouse
Operations Manager - Industrial Section |

Bruno was born in Waldi,
Switzerland where he worked as a licensed
brick layer. Bruno served as a gunner in the Swiss
Army before entering the transportation industry
which had him driving tractor trailers through
Europe. At age 33, Bruno immigrated to Canada where
he continued his work in the transportation business
driving long haul (Canada / US). Bruno joined the
Wills team in 2000 and has since worked his way up
through the ranks to the position of Operations
Manager Perth Warehouse – Industrial Section.

Warren
Whitley Fleet Maintenance Manager

Warren
has a self-professed love affair with tractors and trailers,
which have been a big part of his professional life
for the past 40 years. He owned a trucking and leasing
business for 20 years before selling it and working
for the acquiring truck leasing company for 10 years
as its manager for Eastern Canada. From there, Warren
managed fleet maintenance operations for two common
carriers. Prior to joining Wills, he was vice president
of maintenance and equipment for a carrier with a large
fleet of power units. For Wills, Warren oversees
fleet maintenance, including preventative maintenance
and all scheduled repairs. Outside of work, Warren’s
12 grandchildren keep him plenty busy. |

Lindsay
Allen Safety and Compliance Consultant

Lindsay’s
job is to make sure your goods move safely and securely
down the road. For 31 years, he was a compliance officer
with Canada’s Ministry of Transportation in Ontario
and leverages his knowledge in overseeing safety and
compliance within Wills’ Transportation group.
Lindsay manages all issues relating to Commercial Vehicle
Operator's Registration (CVOR) System, monitors driver
qualifications and hours of work, and assists with hiring
qualified drivers. He is a licensed mechanic for cars,
trucks and certain other heavy equipment. In his free
time, Lindsay is active with his local Curling Club. |
