Our office storage services allow you to reduce your equipment costs by storing and managing used office equipment for future use.

As your business changes, downsizes or relocates, you may need to assess whether valuable equipment should be kept, liquidated or disposed. The most economical decision, particularly for assets that are not fully depreciated, may be to store the equipment until it can be redeployed. While there is a cost to storing excess equipment, this is often outweighed by factors such as the tax penalty for early write-off of assets not fully depreciated and the cost of purchasing the same amount of new equipment in the market when that time comes.
