Hi Terry, I hope all is well with you and your family in this difficult time.  I just wanted to drop a note to let you know about an experience I had with your location across the street from us (in Ottawa) yesterday.

We have a mutual client (Shared Services Canada) who had an order which showed up at our location around 3:30pm yesterday with an Apr 30^th delivery deadline.  Despite all the barriers everyone is currently facing your location manager was able to call me to confirm he would stick around past your 4pm closing time to accept our shipment.  Being in a similar business I can relate to the frustration these types of things can cause.  When we showed up with the shipment your crew greeted our driver nicely and worked hard to get the order secured to accommodate our client before they left for the day.

The driver was me which offers some perspective on the current situation we face and I am pleased to say and they only laughed at my “truck backing in ability” a little.

Was here for picking up. This company is great. Evrything about it is so well organized. All stuff are great, polite and kind. Warehouse is like pharmacy clean. Great job guys!!! ????????????
