Two of Wills Transfer’s very own, Jordi Wills and Jeremy West, graduated from the Ontario Trucking Association’s (OTA) SEEC Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Program in November of 2017. This is a huge accomplishment.
SEEC LEAD program is a “follow-up program with the Schulich Executive Education Centre at York University” (OTA), which builds off of the Next Generation LEAD program. The focus is on the theme of innovation, “with the intention of creating an innovative mindset within leaders, and using that mindset to drive innovation in the workplace” (OTA).
The program “equips leaders with the framework you need to lead strategic innovation projects. Innovation is a key part of the strategic planning process for any business, and every leader needs to know how to manage innovation initiatives. Innovation is the #1 strategic driver to grow your business.
